Crabs fried with eggs

500 grams crab, cleaned, cooked, boiled and cut
2 eggs, whipped off
1 / 4 teaspoon salt
oil to fry
250 ml fish stock
1 tsp corn flour flour
5 fruit, whole chili sauce

sauce:
4 red chilies
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs hazelnut
3 / 4 teaspoon salt
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
puree

method:
1. Mixed eggs, salt, and crab.
Fry in hot oil until dry and cooked seen.
2. Make sauce: stir-fry until cooked flavor fine.
Enter the chili sauce while stirred to wilt.
3. Cast stock.
Once boiled, mixed with corn flour, which added a little water.
Boil again.
4. Serve crabs fried with hot sauce.
