Special Black pepper crab

2 tails, crab, Shop 4 parts
3sdm oil

Spices:
1sdm black pepper, heat the pan and flattered rough
1sdm oyster sauce
1sdm sweet soy sauce
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3cm ginger, thinly sliced d
1sdt/lbh salt
2sdm lime juice
5bh red chili sauce, puree d

Method:
1. Fried crab to change color, lift, Drain.
2. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper until fragrant.
Add black pepper, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, and salt, mixed flat.
