Strawberry Fusilli

* 175 gr Pasta La Fonte Fusilli
* 700 gr strawberry
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* Adequate cinnamon
* 1 tsp food coloring
* 50 gr almond sliver
* 300 gr strawberry for garnish

Method :

* Boil water and cook fusilli until cooked.
* Blender strawberry until smooth.
* Filter, cooked with sugar, lemon juice and a little cinnamon.
* Add red coloring.
* Put strawberry for garnish, cook briefly, and lift.
* Toss fusilli with strawberry, mixed flat.
* Pour into a glass City, put with almond pieces.
* Ornamental with a mint leaf.
* Serve cold in the circumstances.
